Spectator Do's and Don'ts at Red Berry's DO's
DO Attend all Games and Practices DO Cheer for your ball player, encouragement is great. Examples: "Good Hit," "Nice Play," "Way to Hustle," "Good Try," "You'll Hit It Next Time," "Way to run," "Nice Throw," "Good Effort." DO Cheer for the opposing ball club. It's only a game and they are all Kids. DO Enjoy the games. DO Reinforce our teaching mechanics. DON'Ts
DON'T Pass the fence warning signs. DON'T Sit inside the foul line fences. DON'T Coach or Interfere with the coaching process. Examples: "Run–Run," "Go–Go," "Stop–Stop," "Slide–Slide," "Get Another Bat," "Get Your Hands Up," "Throw Home," "Positioning Players," - Instructions like the above will NOT be permitted. DON'T Criticize your own ball players. DON'T Criticize another ball player. DON'T Have your youngster look at you after every pitch. DON'T Argue with our coaches, umpires, or score keepers. DON'T Complain if your youngster comes to play without a complete uniform. They will NOT play. DON'T Call the ball players name out.
